Is there something I should inform my therapist about before starting to take Generic Cialis (tadalafil)?

Never take Cialis (tadalafil) along with any nitrate drugs used to fight chest pain or certain heart disorders. The list of drugs in the risk group includes: nitroglycerin (in such medications as: Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, etc), isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket). Nitrate ingredients may also be found in some recreational drugs also known as “poppers” (amyl nitrate or nitrite). Cialis (tadalafil) is known to interact with nitrate medications, leading to a rapid drop of blood pressure, which may cause fainting, stroke, or even a severe heart attack.
There have been several cases of sudden loss of eyesight reported by the consumers using Generic Cialis (tadalafil). This disorder may be due to a decrease in the blood flow towards the optic nerve of the eye – though it is still not clear whether it is a side effect of Cialis (tadalafil) or not. The patients who have experienced sudden vision loss were mostly smoking people over 50 years of age, suffering from chronic heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure problems, high cholesterol levels or certain chronic eye problems that had existed before they started the therapy with Cialis (tadalafil).

if you therapist has advised you to restrain from sexual activity for it may be dangerous for your health.

Those patents who have any of the conditions stated above, may not be allowed to use Generic Cialis (tadalafil) at all or may require a specific dosage adjustment or a series of tests made.

Pregnancy information. Generic Cialis (tadalafil) is in the FDA pregnancy category B, which means that it is not expected to do any harm to the fetus. Generic Cialis (tadalafil) is not intended for use in women – but if you are prescribed to take it for any reason, make sure you tell your doctor if you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant in the course of treatment with this medication. It is not known whether Cialis (tadalafil) is passed into breast milk or not and whether it may harm a nursing baby or not, so we strongly suggest you do not use it without getting your doctor’s consent in case you are breast-feeding a baby.

People over 65 years of age may be more susceptible to the effect of Generic Cialis (tadalafil) and may require a specific dosage adjustment.
